We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage services, exchange services, asset management, fund management, custody services, or any form of guaranteed return.

Any strategies, signals, data, indicators, charts, backtesting results, performance displays, or automation features shown on our website or platform are provided only as technical tools and informational references. They should not be interpreted as investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for creating, configuring, authorizing, and securing your third-party accounts and API keys. We recommend that users grant only the minimum permissions necessary and avoid enabling withdrawal permissions.

Senco Technology does not own, operate, or control any third-party exchange, wallet, broker, payment service provider, or trading platform.

We are not responsible for any third-party platform’s account restrictions, trading rules, fees, liquidity, pricing, system stability, API availability, withdrawal policies, security incidents, operational failures, or any losses arising from such third-party services.

Any loss caused by third-party platforms shall be borne solely by the user.

5. User Responsibility and Trading Risk

You acknowledge and understand that digital asset trading and quantitative trading tools involve significant risk and may result in the loss of part or all of your capital.

You are solely responsible for:

• deciding whether to use our services;
• selecting strategies or features;
• setting trading parameters, position size, leverage, stop-loss, take-profit, and risk-control rules;
• monitoring your own trading account;
• determining whether any trading activity is suitable for your own risk tolerance;
• ensuring that your use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations;
• bearing all trading profits, losses, and consequences.

You should not trade with funds that you cannot afford to lose.

6. No Guarantee of Returns

Senco Technology does not promise or guarantee any profit, fixed return, capital protection, win rate, monthly return, daily income, maximum drawdown limit, or specific trading result.

Any historical performance, backtesting results, simulated data, strategy examples, return curves, win rates, maximum drawdown figures, or other performance indicators displayed on our website or platform are provided for reference and demonstration purposes only.

Past performance does not indicate future results. Backtesting results are not equivalent to live trading results.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services may require payment. Specific fees, billing cycles, subscription rules, renewal methods, activation methods, refund policies, and service contents shall be subject to the information displayed at the time of purchase, the agreement between the parties, or other applicable arrangements.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, fees for services that have been activated, delivered, or actually used may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust service prices, package contents, or billing models based on business needs. For existing orders, the terms agreed at the time of purchase shall apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senco Technology and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, trading-related, data-related, or profit-related losses.

Such losses include, but are not limited to, trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, missed opportunities, business interruption, system failures, API errors, third-party platform failures, market volatility, poor strategy performance, account theft, or unauthorized access.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senco Technology and its affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the services;
• your trading activities;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated Terms will become effective once published on our website or platform, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
